Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

New accounts may include a free trial period. Unless canceled during the trial, your subscription will begin billing at the end of the trial at the then-current rate.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or circumvent the Service
• Access data or accounts that do not belong to you
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights

You retain ownership of the meeting notes, follow-ups, and other content you create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service integrates with third parties including Google (Calendar), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the terms of those providers.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or if required by law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meeting Momentum's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
