Privacy Policy

• Account information. Your email address and (if you sign in with Google) your basic Google profile: name, email, and profile picture.
• Google Calendar data. When you connect your Google Calendar, we access the calendars you select and their events (title, attendees, description, start/end times) so we can turn meetings into follow-up items.
• App data you create. Follow-ups, notes, categories, keywords, snooze times, and other preferences you configure inside the app.
• Billing information. If you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and stores your payment details. We do not store card numbers.

Meeting Momentum's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we use Google Calendar data only to:

• Show your meetings inside the app so you can review them
• Categorize meetings based on the keywords you configure
• Help you capture and track follow-ups from those meetings

We do not:

• Sell or transfer your Google data to third parties
• Use your Google data for advertising
• Allow humans to read your Google data, except with your explicit permission, for security or legal reasons, or to comply with applicable law
• Use your Google data to train generalized AI or ML models

Your app data is stored using Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase) with row-level security so that only you can read your own data. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Third-party access tokens issued by Google are stored encrypted on our servers and are never exposed to your browser.

• Google — authentication and Google Calendar access
• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — application database, authentication, and server functions
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
• Resend — transactional email (reminders and summaries)

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from Settings, which revokes our access and removes stored tokens. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email support@getmotionstudio.com from the address on file. We will delete your data within 30 days.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively.

Meeting Momentum is not intended for anyone under 16 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
